PIMCO AGL has reached an agreement to acquire the Corrigan International Infrastructure Consultants (CIIC) company. The agreement covers acquisition of 85% of the shares, the 15% left remaining in the hands of the senior executives of the company.

CIIC is a leading provider in Infrastructure Road Rail Tunnel Consultation and Managerial Supervisory for commercial and public organizations. The company carries out most of its business activities in Balkans and Asia, also provides solutions and services in several countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa.

This acquisition, remaining subject to approval by the PIMCO board which will boost the position of it specializes in for telecommunication infrastructures for network and data transmission operators (Vodafone, Orange).
